We go the extra mile to make sure all installations are done right. All of our work is properly permitted.

Are you licensed and insured?

You bet! Dir-T Joe's is licensed and insured to install and maintain septic systems.

Do you install commercial or residential systems?

Yes we do. We install commercial and residential systems.

All new installation comes with Dir-T Joe's maintenance contract and warranty.

What kind of waste water systems do you install? What is the difference between a septic system and a treatment plant?

Dir-T Joes installs septic systems and treatment plants.

Not all tanks are created the same. We prefer Omni Green tanks. They are constructed as a three tank system with solid side outer walls.

Competitor tanks are constructed with a middle tank wall seam that can lead to problems such as leaks from malalignment of the tank walls that can occur from the tank shifting, tree roots or seam failure over time.

What is the process for installing a septic system or treatment plant?

Call Dir-T Joe's and we'll meet with you to discuss the permit, the system needed, and installation. We will help you determine the best location for installation. Then schedule a time and date for installation.

Who will maintain the system after it is installed? Do you offer service contracts?

We will maintain your system by coming out to inspect the function of the system, clean filters on the aerator and sprinkler pumps, and check sprinkler heads (if installed).

We offer 1,2, or 3 year service contracts on all waste water treatment plants. Even if we didn't install your system, we can still service it and provide you with one of our maintenance contracts.
